Warren Stelman was born and raised in Montreal, Canada. He and his wife Lana have been married for 31 years and have four adult children. A successful businessman for most of his life, a series of events led him to commit a financial fraud that targeted American victims. In 2012 he was arrested by Interpol in the Dominican Republic where he was living and extradited to the United States where he was convicted of his crime and spent the next five and a half years in the US prison system. He was released in January 2018 and is now reunited with his family in Montreal. Gorilla Tango his Bestselling memoir recounts the details of his experience.
